Carousel Registration Process
We want you to feel as relaxed as possible when you visit our offices. Our environment is informal but professional and our aim is for you to leave us feeling upbeat and optimistic about your future.
The registration procedure starts with an initial telephone conversation where we’ll briefly discuss your skills, experience and aspirations. If we can help you; we’ll invite you in to our West End offices to register and ask you to bring in some proof of ID, preferably a passport.
Our receptionist will welcome you, make you feel at home and then ask you to complete a brief registration form and equal opportunities questionnaire. You will then be shown our skills testing procedure and your Word and typing skills will be evaluated in our relaxed environment. If you’ve come in for a more technical position we have facilities to test on most other software packages.
Then you’ll meet one of our consultants who will chat with you. We'll find out what makes you tick and where you see your future. We’ll discuss job opportunities with you and we’ll be honest about your prospects. We’ll give you interview tips, advice on enhancing your skills and we’ll present a true account of the ever–changing permanent and temporary job markets. We’ll also aim to introduce you to as many of our colleagues as possible so we can all put a face to a name whilst we try and help you find a new position.
