This interesting and progressive Not-For-Profit organisation urgently requires a proactive part-time Housing Manager (3 days a week) to work alongside a friendly Housing team and provide housing management and finance services to a variety of community projects that meet local needs. This one year fixed term contract covering maternity would be an ideal opportunity for a degree educated jobseeker with an understanding of how to provide and manage all aspects of housing management. Membership of Chartered Institute of Housing an advantage but proven experience delivering housing and maintenance services is crucial. This part-time contract role is working 3 days a week although days worked can be flexible. .
